Introduction :

High temperature castables: it's made from the mixture of sand, high temperature aggregate, high temperature cement and water, It is used for the hot repair of working layer of stack lower parts and belly.

Characteristics:

1,Good construction liquidity

2,Better cohesiveness and expansibility

3,LT early strength, strength increasing from low to high temperature

4,Good density of construction

5,Storage period to some extent

Application:

Applicable for inside lining production of large scale melting equipments such as Smelting furnace, hot blast heater, heat pipe, etc.

High aluminum Injection material 

- used for injection lining repairing after the spelling of refractory lining of blast furnace cooling stave

Carbon silicon-carbon Injection material

- used for injection maintaining of BF tuyeres and cooling plate.

Carbon Injection material 

- used for injection maintaining of BF crucible, tap hole, etc.

Carbon Injection material RAP

- used for injection lining repairing of BF shaft, belly of BF, BF bosh, etc.
